I have growths on my labia minora, near the clitoris. What could it be?

I've been in a relationship for 4 years, so it's not a sexually transmitted infection.

Good evening ma'am,
You need to see a doctor to be sure about the exact cause of these growths.
Know that it could be many things, but the fact that you have been in a relationship with the same partner for 4 years and these growths are new does not allow us to say beyond a shadow of a doubt that it is not an STD.
For example (but I'm not saying that's it!), sometimes certain viruses (like HPV) give you genital warts and these can appear several years after infection.
Bref, it may not be an STD, but you need to see a doctor to be sure.
Good evening,
