Do these tests eliminate the risk that my bleeding is related to something serious or should I go back to the doctor?

32-year-old womana year ago
I started a training program with a food plan in January and lost 18 lbs. 1 month later I have bleeding between my periods. I went to the doctor and had a pelvic ultrasound. Everything was fine and my PAP test was done last September.

Hello ma'am, are you taking hormonal contraception?
Did your doctor who evaluated the imaging make any assumptions about the possible causes?

Hello
no no contraception since last summer .
yes at the imaging evaluation there was nothing, no explanation
I am still worried..
so I want to know if with a pap test and a pelvic echo the two exams all nice that eliminates the chances that this symptom is related to something serious (cancer especially)

Thank you for the information.
Indeed, the PAP test and ultrasound can help find abnormalities, and are usually accompanied by a complete medical evaluation. To that end, if your doctor has not found anything and the situation persists for more than 2 weeks without improvement, you will need to reconsult.
