I had my cartilage pierced a week ago and for the last 4 days my ear has been red and very sensitive. What should I do?

Good evening ma'am,
In such a situation, it is best to remove for a few days the piercing to make the skin heal.
In fact, you may well suffer from a small infection. In a case like this, cleaning the skin without removing the piercing is insufficient.
If after removing it for 4-5 days the skin is still red and sensitive, I highly recommend you to consult a doctor.
Happy evening,
Alexander
