Conjunctivitis that doesn't seem to get better with an antibiotic?

Hello I was consulted 2 days ago for redness in the 2 conjunctiva right and left I was diagnosed with conjunctivitis I went to his sams rdv .I was prescribed fucidin in ointment ..fuciilthamic....since I've been taking this no improvement ...even increased swelling sir.my eyelid redness ditto...and crusts even more ...I don't see it getting better...I have trouble seeing too ...it's blurred..sometimes and it's not because of a long time....or during my medical visit I didn't have this problem... Is it normal to go to the hospital? I'm a bit panicky let's say...
