Hello!
I am 23 weeks pregnant tomorrow. For the past few days, I've noticed that I've been feeling a little lightheaded. Not weak, but still like a little state that doesn't seem to be my usual normal. I eat enough and often drink a lot of water. I was wondering if it could have something to do with the fact that my blood pressure might drop a bit in mid pregnancy? I took it earlier and it's a little lower than my normal, but not abnormal. (114/64 and I took it again 1 hour later 124/71). My blood tests are ok, I'll do another one on August 2nd.
I will contact my doctor soon, but in the meantime I was wondering if there is anything I can do about this, and your hypothesis? Thank you!

Good morning, ma'am,
This happens frequently in pregnant women. There are several possible causes but it is difficult to establish one with certainty without a medical evaluation. Therefore, it is quite important not to delay an evaluation of your condition, as a precaution. I encourage you to see your doctor as soon as possible for this evaluation and, if necessary, not to delay the proper treatment.
Sorry I can't be more helpful at this time, your situation is beyond what can be addressed on this platform
