I had an intercourse with ejaculation in me 2x the night of 23-24, and it was my first day of menstruation. Was I protected or should I still take the morning after pill as a precaution? Less than 24 hours, I took it again the next day . I have had my period for 10 days now. My pharmacist advised me to start directly with the pink active pills and skip the white ones since I already have my period .

I forgot to take my pill for less than a day, am I still protected?

How long was the oversight? If it was 24 hours or more, you will need to start a new pack as soon as you finish the active pills in your current pack, i.e., do not take a break.
