Can I take buckley when I have taken advil during the day

If the Advil™ you took did not contain decongestants (only Advil™, not Advil™ Cold or Advil™ Sinus or Advil™ Flu, etc.), then yes you can take Buckley™.

The important thing here is to avoid having two products with the same ingredients taken at the same time. This could expose you to serious side effects. To be sure, you should look at the active (or medicinal) ingredients of each product. If you see the same name on both boxes, then the combination should be avoided.
