I have wax plugs in my ears repeatedly. I see the ENT once a year. I would like to know if putting a few drops of hydrogen peroxide in my ears could help me to have less plugs.

Hello!
Hydrogen peroxide can be used to soften the "wax". The Murine product available in pharmacies contains carbamide peroxide which can also do the trick.
You can also use products you have at home such as olive oil which would work just as well.
