Stool color is related to a multitude of factors. While it's possible that antibiotics may affect the appearance of stools somewhat in some people, it's unlikely that this is the only factor that explains the green color of your stool at the moment. Instead, look to your diet for a possible cause. Have you changed any of the foods you eat? Are you eating more vegetables or fibre?

I don't think I have changed my diet. I sometimes have green stools when I eat poorly, is this normal?

It is difficult to say whether the color of the stool is normal because it varies greatly depending on a multitude of factors. One thing is certain, you should not be concerned if you do not have other symptoms (weight loss, blood in the stool, sustained stomach pain, fever, etc.).
