My baby is taking antibiotics and has patches on his body?

Hello, I have a 9 month 3 week old baby with an ear infection. Since Thursday night she has been taking antibiotics but today she has red patches on her back, stomach and head but nothing on her arms or legs (she has taken 4 doses since Thursday) she vomited yesterday at noon 4 hours after the dose and this morning 1 hour after. Is this an allergic reaction? Should I stop the antibiotics?
