Hello, I have small red-purple pimples that appear on my thighs and go away lately. Sometimes they sting a little when they appear, but stop stinging quickly. These pimples do not have any relief. I've had them before in my early teens on my arms, but these days I get them a lot. I have a photo to back it up that I will try to include.

Hello ma'am,
Do these lesions appear before or after scratching?

The lesions appear before. Most of the time, it doesn't even itch.

Thanks for the feedback.
I encourage you to apply a fragrance-free moisturizer like Aveeno as often as needed.
To try to shed some light on this situation, I suggest you keep a diary of what you eat, what activities you do, if you get any sun exposure, and your state of mind, to compare to the occurrence and extent of this symptom. This could prevent its occurrence.
If this does not pay off and the problem persists for several weeks, it would be prudent to seek medical attention, as a precaution.
I remain available if you have further questions
