Is Taro-clindamycin safe to use if I am pregnant?

Hello, I just found out a few days ago that I was pregnant. I regularly use taro clindamycin which was prescribed to me by my doctor for my acne. I also use the Benzagel product. Also, what facial cleanser would be suitable for pregnancy? Thank you so much!
