My husband has blood in his urine and pain. He does not have a family doctor and no appointment is available on the government website.

Unfortunately this situation is beyond the scope of practice of the pharmacy. Your spouse will need to see a doctor on a walk-in basis or in the emergency room to investigate the situation and, if necessary, not delay the proper treatment.
