Since this seems to be the only combination that works well for the patient, it is customary not to worry too much about the long-term effects of this medication. Rivotril (clonazepam) is a member of the bensodiazepine family of drugs, which are known to be used primarily for insomnia. In the latter case, they are linked to a physical and psychological dependence especially. In the case of seizure treatment, the risk of psychological dependence is much lower. However, sleep management should be improved by taking this medication. This is not the case?

It is variable I would say I notice that she sendsort asse late at night! But that could be due to a bad management of her schedule! As for her concentration, we have increased the vivance but it still doesn't seem optimal! What can we do to make it even better?

You should make sure that Vyvanse is taken early enough in the morning, since this medication works for more than 12 hours and taking it too late in the day may decrease the chances of sleeping well. Also, Vyvanse sometimes suppresses appetite. If this is the case here, it could decrease her concentration (since she is not eating enough). I invite you to look at these solutions to improve her situation and to contact a pharmacist if it still doesn't work.
