For people with a lot of Alzheimer's disease in their family, are there any benefits to consuming baby aspirin as a preventative measure?

The use of baby aspirin for prevention has benefits in only two distinct situations: cardiovascular disease and colorectal cancer. There is no evidence of effectiveness of this drug in preventing the development of Alzheimer's disease. In fact, even in the person already suffering from this disease, the use of aspirin has not succeeded in slowing the progression of the disease.
