Can mirtazapine (Remeron) cause impatience in the legs? I have taken this medication in the past, but it didn't do that to me.

I am also taking 1.75mg imovan for insomnia. I started remeron again after 3 months off. I have been on it for 3 years Thank you for the information. I hadn't gotten that answer from my pharmacist. I have realized over the years that some pharmacists are not very knowledgeable about psychiatric medications.

Yes, remeron or mirtazapine can cause restless legs syndrome. Taking zopiclone may increase the effects of mirtazapine. It is therefore possible that you did not have this side effect a few months ago but now that you are taking both medications the side effect is appearing.
