Can taking multiple high-dose anti-seizure medications make taking narcotics (any kind) bring no relief, even if we have never taken them before?

Rx: Vimpat, Diacomit, Aptiom, Keppra, Fycompa, Lithium. ATCD: B type II, drug-resistant epilepsy.

Some drugs in the anticonvulsant class are known to reduce the effectiveness of certain opioids by accelerating their elimination. This is the case with Aptiom (eslicarbazepine), which can reduce the effectiveness of codeine, hydrocodone and fentanyl.

Yes, with Dilaudid and Morphine. I don't see any improvement. Also, as you can see I am on Lithium, so I can't use NSAIDs and I don't know what to take for the pain that has been going on since January 2018. Do you have a suggestion?

The related diagnosis is a medial collateral and patellar tendon sprain.

Are you taking Tylenol and doing physical therapy? These are probably the best options for you at this point.
