Is it possible that Vyvanse makes me feel confused?

I have been taking vyvance 40mg for some time now (I have tried lower doses before) and I feel that it sometimes confuses me...is this possible? Hi, I've tried it before but it didn't help with concentration

Hello ma'am, The manufacturer's monograph reports that this is possible especially when the dose is too high for a person. Have you tried a decrease to 30 mg to see if it is still effective and better tolerated? Thanks for the feedback.
