Hello Ma'am,

L-Carnitine does not interact with Sertraline, K-citrate or Plaquenil. This product may interact with some medications, such as anticonvulsants or Warfarin.

If you come to take any new medications, please feel free to contact us to make sure they are compatible with carnitine.
