Hello Ma'am,
What is your reason for wanting to take this product? What are your symptoms?
For your information, the first-line treatment for relief of cough in breastfeeding women are products containing dextromethorphan (DM), such as Balminil DM or Benylin DM, for a few doses, under the conditions of use. Buckley's Complete contains acetaminophen, camphor, menthol and many other products. Unfortunately, many of the ingredients, such as camphor and menthol have not been studied during breastfeeding, so it is preferred to suggest products with more data, such as Balminil DM or Benylin DM.
There is, however, a risk of interaction with certain medications, so I encourage you to ask your pharmacist if DM syrup is compatible with your medications before taking it.
In the case of nasal congestion with a coughing symptom, using Sinus Rinse would be considered as a first choice, as it liquefies and drains secretions from the nose, thus reducing runny and irritated throat (coughing).
Also, if you have flu-like symptoms, I encourage you to fill out this questionnaire that assesses Covid 19 symptoms. If screening is needed, the steps to follow will be listed at the end of the questionnaire.
Note that if you have a fever (over 38°C) for more than 3 days, your cough persists for more than 1 week, your symptoms worsen, and are accompanied by thick, colored mucus, it is safest to see a doctor.
I hope this answers your question.

Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
At first I had a bit of a cough (which only lasted a day or two), but since I have a baby I didn't take any chances so I got tested and it turned out to be negative.
This is really more of a nasal congestion. It's just that I had some Buckley's at home and wanted to save myself a trip to the pharmacy.
So I'll get some SinusRince then.
Thank you:)
