Swelling and spots on the tonsils?

Hello, for several weeks I have had swollen tonsils and spots of pus and small redness (similar to ulcers) on them and on my uvula. I have had a negative result for tonsillitis and one of my tonsils is swollen. However, the spots are still present and one of my tonsils is swollen and the tip of my uvula has moved towards the swollen tonsil to stick to it.
