I have heavier bleeding than usual, what should I do?

I am bleeding more than usual. I usually bleed for 4 days with a small amount of bleeding (about half a diva cup a day) and now I've been bleeding for 4 days but with a large amount of bleeding (about two diva cups a day)

A fluctuation in the amount of bleeding during a menstrual cycle does not necessarily indicate a problem as long as it does not last more than a week. For the time being, I invite you to monitor the situation and to consult a doctor if the bleeding persists.
