My 8 month old daughter has a strange urine smell, should I consult a doctor?

Hello, I have an 8 month old daughter, then for 3 days her diaper smells very strong (no fish smell, only an acid smell?) does not seem to complain of any symptoms. does not have fever. irritable at times, but she is teething. eats well, she still sleeps well (12 hours per night) but sleep agitated. the amount of urine seems normal and the color too

We do DME, but I don't think I gave a food that would cause this. then yes the smell is all day long.
