Can Elavil lower blood pressure?

Hello, I have been taking elavil 10 mg for neuropathic pain for 2 weeks. I suffer from orthostatic hypotension and I have to take florinef and midodrine for this problem. Can elavil lower my blood pressure?

Good morning, ma'am,

Orthostatic hypotension is an adverse effect reported with Elavil. This is one of the reasons why it is started at a low dose and that the increase, if any, is done very gradually.
