I had a mild head trauma 4 days ago due to a loss of consciousness. I was sick and had a drop in pressure, because I was weakened and I lost consciousness and had a shock to the head.

You will have to redirect your question to the doctor who evaluated you following the concussion. I would suggest avoiding this activity in the meantime.
