Is it possible to take lozenges while breastfeeding?

Hello ! I have a 6 week old baby that I breastfeed exclusively. I tested positive for covid today. My main symptom is that I have a sore throat.

Yes, lozenges like Halls or Fisherman's Friend are safe, in addition to Tylenol. I would also encourage you to drink plenty of fluids, cold or hot depending on your preference.
