Hello !
Ibuprofen should be avoided during pregnancy because it carries risks for the fetus.
In fact, there is a controversial association between the use of Advil in early pregnancy and the risk of spontaneous abortion. Some studies indicate that there is a risk and others do not. Thus, it is recommended that Advil be avoided in early pregnancy in women with a history of recurrent spontaneous abortions .
Also, it is recommended to avoid the use of Advil from the week 20 of pregnancy in all women because it could lead to kidney problems in the fetus.
These recommendations apply to all NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs): ibuprofen, aspirin, naproxen, diclofenac, celecoxib.
For Tylenol to relieve your migraines and pain, be sure to take the optimal safe dose for example: 500-1000 mg every 4 to 6 hours as needed (do not exceed 4000 mg/day).
If you have other symptoms that are bothering you and would like to know how to relieve them, please write to me again!
