Good morning, ma'am,
If the ear is not completely blocked, using Sinus Rinse often during the day can greatly help.
If the ear is ever completely blocked and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding (if so, confirm with your pharmacist if this product is safe for you), I suggest using a decongestant nasal spray such as Drixoral or Dristan twice a day for a maximum of 3 to 5 days.
30 to 45 minutes later, I suggest the valsalva maneuver: close your nostrils with your fingers, take a deep breath in through your mouth, then close your mouth and try to blow out through your mouth, and swallow afterwards. This may help to unblock
Do this also 45 minutes before takeoff.
Hope this was helpful, don't hesitate if you have any other questions!

Hello

This is not contraindicated, but it could make the situation worse in some cases
If you are far enough ahead of time and the measures mentioned are not successful after 3 to 5 days, I still recommend a medical evaluation to properly assess the situation and not delay the right treatment, if any.
