It's pretty hard to see through the pictures unfortunately. I consulted with a colleague and we are of the opinion to try a fragrance free moisturizer like Aveeno, Glaxal Base, Cerave or something else at least 3 times a day. You will need to wear gloves when you go out and do household chores such as washing dishes, laundry or other cleaning to reduce contact with irritants.

Use a fragrance-free soap and avoid rubbing the skin dry, instead I suggest lightly patting it and applying the cream quickly afterwards.

I invite you to try these measures diligently for 7 to 10 days. If this does not work, I suggest consulting a doctor.
