Hello Ma'am,
No, usually we only take the action plan when two or three of Anthonisen's 3 criteria are present, which are:
- More shortness of breath;
- More bronchial secretions;
- Greener or thicker secretions.
When shortness of breath is not related to more secretions, then don't take the action plan right away.
