Thank you for your question!
Indeed, Tylenol would be moderately effective for lower back pain.
There are other options to help but they will require an evaluation and a medical prescription
What I can also suggest, if you have not already done so, is to undertake physiotherapy consultations, which can be adapted for pregnancy.
Sorry I can't be more helpful at this time

Okay I will talk to my family doctor and I have one last question I am still congested even though I take my allergy pills I continue to be extremely congested it prevents me from breathing too

Thanks for the feedback! If your allergy symptoms are worse than usual, you have 2 options:
If your anti-histamine is partially effective, the addition of a corticosteroid nasal spray such as Flonase or Nasacort, which are safe during pregnancy, may be suggested.
If your anti-histamine is not at all effective for your symptoms, it is suggested that you switch to another one
In both cases, nasal hygiene with a saline solution such as Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse is strongly suggested to help clean your sinuses. This can be done as often as needed during the day and at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
I hope this has been helpful to you, please feel free if you have any further questions!

Even if I use the lhydrasense I get congested again...

You can do this as often as you like! If not, the options listed should be considered, such as adding a corticosteroid nasal spray or changing to an anti-histamine.

If it's faster for you, you may want to contact your pharmacist first: many products are available without a prescription. Your pharmacist can even follow up with you.
