My right eye runs in the mornings?

My right eye runs (like tears) every day in the morning until dinner time (then it stops). This has been going on for 3 weeks. I have tried to put lubricating drops but the problem is still not solved. I have no sign of infection and no change in my vision.

I think it would be appropriate in your case to consult an optometrist. They are in the best position to assess the situation and develop a treatment plan with you, and not delay the right treatment, if necessary.
