Good evening ma'am,
If one spouse has tested positive, or has a fever, cough, or difficulty breathing, then yes the isolation measures hold for the couple as well.
Considering that the sharing of infection is primarily through droplets, kissing and talking within 2 meters of each other should be avoided.
If neither spouse has symptoms or has tested positive, then there is no need to keep your distance in the house.
