Can I take ivy syrup with escitalopram?

I have had a runny nose and secretions that cause me to cough and secretions for 2 weeks i have seasonal allergies too, yes I sneeze and I already do the hydra sense

Hello ma'am, Ivy syrup is safe with escitalopram. However, if you have a stuffy or runny nose, even a little, I strongly suggest nasal hygiene with saline solution such as Hydrasense or Sinus Rinse, as often as needed during the day. It's a little uncomfortable but works extremely well to keep secretions from running down the throat, which often causes coughing. Do you have sneezing or other symptoms? Thank you very much for the feedback! In this case I would suggest an anti-histamine like Aerius or Claritin which will help relieve these symptoms in addition to nasal hygiene.
