I have a rash, how long before it improves with antihistamine and prednisone?

I have an extensive rash on my chest and back I've been taking it for 3 days my prednisone had 3 doses so last dose today I think I see a slight improvement but nothing obvious The cause could be stress but nothing is certain

Hello ma'am, If you are no longer exposed to whatever may have caused this, taking prednisone and an anti-histamine should help quickly, usually within 3 to 4 days, but it may take longer in some cases How long have you been taking the prescribed medication, and has there been any improvement?
