Hello Ma'am,
It could be many things and it is hard to say without seeing the lesions (not possible here). To help me point you in the right direction, can you tell me:
- Have you recently been exposed to any new soap or pollen?
- Have you recently had a sunburn?

I have actually been exposed to the sun several times in the last few days.
I thought it was a problem with the sun but some people around me find that know very intense to be The Sun. I have been told about poison ivy, hives, etc.
I'm nothing new outside of the nice weather (no soap, products)

It may be a reaction to the sun (especially if only sun-exposed areas have reacted). If this is the case, just don't expose yourself for 2-3 days and keep your beautiful skin moisturized.
It is too early in the summer to have been exposed to poison ivy. :)
