Hello Sir,
To relieve the pain associated with epicondylitis, the best thing to do is to use Voltaren Emulgel cream at the site of the pain 2-3 times a day, apply ice for 10 minutes every hour, and if the pain is still very much present, take Tylenol Extra Strength for the first few days.
Then, there is a whole principle of reconditioning to be applied (e.g., relearning to use your arm without straining that area). The best way to do this is to consult a physiotherapist. The latter will prescribe exercises, but above all will be able to manipulate the arm so that the pain diminishes rapidly.
