Good evening ma'am,
Just to give me some background:
  • Are you currently traveling or have you been recently? If so, where and since when?
  • Do you have any other symptoms?
  • What is the name of the medication?

I've been in Bali for 2 weeks and I'm leaving tomorrow for Quebec, I took azithromycin antibiotics

Thank you for these details.
If you've been taking azithromycin for more than 3 days and it's not getting better at all, you'll need to see a doctor. I understand that you are leaving for Quebec in a few hours, so if you don't have time to consult in Bali, consult when you arrive here.
In the meantime, avoid all foods that are too spicy, too acidic or too sweet, eat foods that are easy to digest (soup, broth), get plenty of rest on the flight and hang in there 😊.
I do not recommend using Imodiumâ„¢, as it could greatly increase your cramps.
As for the malaria medication, I would recommend that you discuss it with your pharmacist or doctor upon your return, as it will need to be taken again quickly to properly protect you.
Have a good flight,
Alexander
