What do I have to do to get the pressure off my ear? It's really uncomfortable and painful.

32-year-old womana year ago
Pain in my ear following a sinus rinse. I felt water going into my ear and since then I have a sharp pain sensation, a buzzing sound and I feel like I am at altitude. I have tried to do sinus rinses again but less "strong", tylenol, nothing works. My pain is very present and increasing. Cough, nasal congestion for about 3 days. Covid + test to date. Nasal secretions darker and darker.

Hello Mrs,
In order to better understand your needs, would it be possible to know if you are currently taking other medications, if you are pregnant (or trying to become pregnant) or breastfeeding, or if you have any allergies or intolerances?

Thank you for the information.
You are doing well with Tylenol, I advise you to continue like this
I also suggest that you consult your pharmacist, there is a decongestant nasal spray that you can try for 3 to 5 days for this type of situation. He/she will tell you which one is safe during pregnancy.
If this does not work and your situation does not improve, you should see a doctor.
I will remain available if you have any further questions.
Sincerely,
Tom Samaha, Pharmacist
