My 4 month old baby had her vaccines last week. Since this week, she has had stomach aches and diarrhea (irritating green stool) for 4 days. What should I do?

My daughter is breastfed and used to have weekly bowel movements. Her general condition is good. It worries me because the situation has remained the same for 4 days.

Good morning ma'am,
This type of reaction is possible with the rotavirus vaccine (the one she got by mouth), but usually the stool returns to normal after less than 5 days.
So, if the stool still looks like this today, it's safe to assume that it's just a coincidence and that your daughter might have gotten the stomach bug instead (it's been going around a lot lately).
In any case, you should do the same thing: breastfeed her more frequently and watch for a fever. Only if she has a fever or shows signs of dehydration (less peeing, dry lips, etc.), we'll go to the doctor.
Happy day :)
Alexander
