My 2 month old had her vaccinations today. How much Tylenol should I give her if she has a fever?

Hello Ma'am,
We would need her exact weight to be able to properly calculate the dose.
Do you know her weight right now?
Also, has she had a fever for the moment?

not had a fever yet. As a preventative measure though, I wanted to know the correct dose to give.
also, I'm breastfeeding my baby and I have a little tendonitis in my wrist that goes all the way down to my thumb. Is it okay to rub with genacol or antiphlogistine?
What could I put on to ease the pain

For an 11-lb (5-kg) child, the dose of acetaminophen to administer is 75 mg per dose (maximum 5 doses per day). Now just take the concentration of the acetaminophen solution you have at home (e.g., 80 mg / mL, infant formula) and find the optimal dose to administer.
For wrist pain, you could apply antiphlogistics or Voltaren Emulgel™ in small amounts to the wrist for a few days. Also try to review your positioning while breastfeeding, possibly related to the onset of this pain.
