Is Benzaclin gel safe during pregnancy?

Hi, I am 10 weeks pregnant and after my shower I applied Benzaclin topical gel in my face and on my neck. After reading that it should be avoided during pregnancy, I removed it with water. How bad is the risk?

This product contains 2 ingredients that can be used during pregnancy

I don't see a problem with applying it to acne affected areas if you wish.
