Unfortunately, it is not possible to send images. Redness in the cheeks can be explained by the presence of a virus, continuous irritation to a product, dryness, etc. Since it is virtually impossible to make a determination without first seeing the lesions you are referring to, I therefore recommend that you go to the pharmacy to show the lesions, either directly with your child or, even better, by bringing a picture.

The pharmacist on duty will be able to direct you to the right product based on his or her observations, or recommend a medical consultation if he or she feels it is necessary.
