My daughter is 9 years old, she has pimples from her mouth to her cheek. She had a fever for 2 days and now has a big wet cough and a sore throat

How long have you noticed the pimples? Is she complaining of pain or itching? Have you done anything about it?

The pimples appeared yesterday morning. I put cool water compress and cream without perfume. It seemed to have improved last night, but when I woke up there were more than the day before

She says that near her mouth it hurts but not the pimples on her cheek.

You did the right thing with the compresses and the moisturizer, that's the first intention of treatment. For now, you can continue with this and monitor the situation. Encourage your child not to use soap or cleanser on his face and to protect himself when going out.
