Hello Ma'am,
At this age, I believe it is best to go for a consultation. During the time that one will spend looking for an appointment (😊), one can make sure to put everything in place for the situation to improve however, like:
  • Avoiding constipation by not giving too much cow's milk, preferring water and foods that help with digestive transit, such as fiber and fruit;
  • Avoiding the child from sitting on the toilet for too long, or being asked to "push" to go to the bathroom in a potty training period.
If the child complains of pain, you can use Tylenolâ„¢ or a Hammamelis cream available over the counter at the pharmacy.
