Good evening,
Before starting, I need to validate a few things
Is this an abscess or an ulcer?
Have you tried anything to try to relieve it so far?

Is he feeding normally or does it hurt to eat?

Hello,
Yes, I think I used the wrong word. It is indeed an ulcer and for the moment I have not tried anything. I was waiting to hear from you. He has pain when he eats

Okay, thanks for the clarification
So you have two choices. The Gengigel product can help reduce pain and can promote healing. It acts as a barrier that protects the lesion from the acidity of the mouth and food. However, it does not relieve pain.
The other alternative is Orajel Child. It relieves the pain but for a short period of time (about 30 min). It should be applied 4 times a day and no more
Both products can be useful. For my part, I recommend Gengigel.
An oral ulcer is most of the time caused by a virus. The lesion usually lasts 5 to 7 days. There is no direct treatment to cure the problem. It can only make it less painful or more comfortable
