How do I know if I had a miscarriage?

I think I had a miscarriage but I'm not sure. Positive test on June 22. Positive blood test but low for the number of weeks ( 54ui for 2/3 sa ). On July 1st, I had for a few hours more abundant bleeding ( I was not passing 2 towels per hour ) and stomach ache ( 5 on a scale of 10 ). I evacuated a fibrous clot and then my bleeding stopped as well as the stomach aches.
