What can I take when I am pregnant to relieve tooth pain? Oragel? Advil? Tylenol is not effective.

Hello ma'am, Tylenol is still the safest option for pregnant women and anti-inflammatories like Advil should be avoided. There is no topical product that can penetrate the tooth and relieve the pain.
If Tylenol is insufficient, you should consult your dentist to evaluate other safe options for you.
Sincerely,
