Hello,
Please let me know if you are taking any medication or have any health problems.
Otherwise, your blocked ears are probably related to your nasal congestion. I do not recommend using Sinutab, as it contains a decongestant that is not well known in pregnancy and has risks mainly in the first trimester. As a first choice, I suggest a saline-based nasal cleanser like SinusRinse 2 to 4 times a day.
If it is ineffective, you could try a nasal decongestant such as Dristan or Otrivin as needed for a maximum of 3 consecutive days
Of course, if you have been in contact with a person at risk for COVID19 or have any other COVID19-like symptoms, I encourage you to check your symptoms
Go to thefollowing address so that you can analyze whether your current symptoms warrant medical attention or whether you should be screened.
In addition, avoid contact with others (especially people over 70 years old), stay at home, and then apply hygiene measures diligently. Do not use public transportation
Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any other questions,

Hello,
Thank you for your answer! I am not taking any medication. :) I am going to buy the saline solution tomorrow at the pharmacy, but I was trying to find something tonight to help with my runny nose and sneezing. I sneeze constantly due to my blocked nose. When it gets unblocked, it's a runny nose. It keeps me awake at night. :(

Yes, okay, I understand
For tonight, you could drink a hot beverage like herbal tea or hot water and honey, or lean over a bowl of hot water carefully to inhale the vapors. This may help to clear up and relieve your sinuses.
Otherwise, lying horizontally can also make congestion worse at night, so try increasing the height of your pillow to be a little more angled.
I hope this can help you have a better night!
