I am 27 weeks pregnant. My shoulder hurts... it throws me. Can I apply a cream like Myoflex on my shoulder?

Hello and thank you for your question!
Myoflex type creams often contain an aspirin derivative, and although we don't expect it to be absorbed by the skin, we don't have any data on its use during pregnancy. Therefore, it is not a product that I would recommend for expectant mothers.
I suggest you take Tylenol 325mg, 2 tablets 3 to 4 times a day (be careful not Advil, Motrin or any other form of ibuprofen, nor Aleeve or any other form of naproxen), and put heat on your shoulder with a magic bag type pillow.
I hope this answers your question, please feel free to contact me if you have any other questions.
Thank you for your time!
